Standard Shipping: I use USPS for domestic shipping. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location but typically take 3 to 5 days from date of shipment. You will receive a shipping notice once your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages
Lost in Transit: If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at kerry@seaglassandclay.com, and I will do our best to assist you. However, I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.​

Packaging
To ensure the safety of your jewelry during shipping, each pair will be carefully packaged with protective materials. I use eco-friendly packaging materials when possible to minimize environmental impact.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. I am unable to redirect packages once they are shipped, and customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs if the order is returned due to incorrect address details.

Returns

Final Sale: All sales of earrings are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase, we will either replace them (depending on the style) or refund the price of the earrings.

I’m happy to accept returns on other jewelry (excluding earrings). If you wish to return your jewelry, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. The jewelry must be returned unworn and in the same condition as received. A thorough check will be conducted upon receipt of the return before any refund is issued.

Quality Assurance: I take great care in crafting high-quality jewelry, but due to the handmade nature of polymer clay and the formation of sea glass, minor imperfections may occur. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for these small imperfections, but rest assured, I will not send any product that doesn't meet my high standards.

Damaged or Defective Items

What to Do If Damaged: If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund if the item is found to be faulty.
